近日，半年不到就拿到约50亿元融资的人工智能公司 VAST（三启万物） ，发布了新一期 V·STAR顶尖人才计划 V·STAR校招面向2027届本、硕、博毕业生，实习面向非应届在校学生，不限年级。
发生了什么
VAST 已启动全新的 V·STAR 人才计划，邀请青年研究人员参与 3D 生成基础模型、3D 理解与智能体以及世界模型方面的工作。该计划为参与者提供牵头项目的机会，以及数据、算力资源和协作支持；对于特别优秀的候选人，薪酬不设上限，并提供长期股权激励。计划面向 2027 届毕业生和今年不毕业的在校学生开放申请。

VAST opened a new V·STAR talent program for young researchers working on 3D generation foundation models, 3D understanding and agents, and world models. Participants can lead projects and access data, computing resources, and collaboration support. VAST says compensation has no upper limit for particularly outstanding candidates and includes long-term equity incentives. The program is open to 2027 graduates and current students who are not graduating this year. Roles are based in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, or overseas remotely.
