AWS published a sample architecture for running Claude Code coding tasks in isolated Amazon Bedrock AgentCore sessions and returning each task as a GitHub pull request for review and merging. The sample screens prompts with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, uses short-lived GitHub tokens, and runs in private subnets in the user's AWS account. Deploying the sample takes 15–25 minutes, with another 8–12 minutes to register a repository. The deployment continues to incur charges while idle for services including the NAT gateway, interface endpoints, AWS WAF, Cognito user pool, DNS Firewall, images, and logs. It sets a default $200 monthly Amazon Bedrock budget that sends email alerts but does not cap spending.
