Circle K built an automated incident triage system on Amazon Bedrock that uses agentic AI to investigate alerts and post structured summaries to Slack within minutes. According to the company's internal incident-response metrics, mean triage time has since fallen to under 15 minutes, a reduction of 67–75 percent. The system is used by Circle K's DevOps incident response, and the retailer operates more than 17,200 convenience and fuel retail stores across 27 countries.
