NVIDIA Cloud Partners Expand Regional AI Infrastructure and Agent Deployment Controls Across Europe
NVIDIA Cloud Partners Scale Across Europe — Sovereign, Open and Built for Safe AI Agents
What happened
NVIDIA cloud partners are expanding regional training and inference infrastructure across Europe, the Nordics, Africa and Central Asia, alongside open-model services and agent deployment controls. In tests with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, Nscale reported 37% more GPUs and nearly 50% higher aggregate inference throughput within the same provisioned power budget using NVIDIA DSX MaxLPS. NVIDIA also announced the OpenShell Reference Architecture at GTC Berlin, combining inference infrastructure, secure runtime software and in-silicon enforcement to control agents’ access and actions.
Why it matters
Nscale’s reported throughput gains within a fixed power budget illustrate how power management can expand usable inference capacity as regional AI clouds encounter energy constraints.
