Its core test is the NT1–NT4 negative-transfer system, arranged in seven progressive layers (installments 001–188) with a 000 baseline set. The code includes three audit tools—a migration lineage validator, a copper-vein interface simulator, and an automated NT negative-transfer classifier—but none has yet been implemented in code.
