OpenAI and Anthropic This Week: GPT-6 for All, Haiku 5.5, and Cyber Mission
What happened
OpenAI is rolling out GPT-6 with Intelligent UI to everyone in the ChatGPT Chat tab, with Sol for paid plans and Luna for Free and Go. Anthropic released Claude Haiku 5.5 at 10 cents per million input tokens for prompts up to 100K, with a 1 million token context window. Anthropic also introduced Cyber Mission, including a Critical Infrastructure Defense Program and a free opt-in vulnerability scanner for eligible open-source projects.
