Apple Reportedly Plans December Apple Intelligence Launch in Mainland China With iOS 27.3

Citing Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Baoyu reports that Apple plans to launch Apple Intelligence in mainland China in December with iOS 27.3, pending official confirmation from Apple and regulators. The rollout would include notification summaries, Writing Tools, Clean Up, and the original Genmoji, but exclude the new Siri, Image Playground, and visual intelligence. The mainland version would use Alibaba models, with government approval required for each model update; Baidu would support search and Siri-related features. Apple has not announced eligible devices.
