What happened
OpenAI announced a major upgrade to Codex Security Cloud, which now includes cybersecurity capabilities through Daybreak Blue by default. The service scans entire GitHub repositories, continuously reviews new commits, investigates and deduplicates findings, and prepares fixes for human review. It runs even when a laptop is closed and is available as a plugin in Codex desktop and web.
