What happened
Microsoft has optimized Windows for Nvidia’s Arm-based RTX Spark laptops through easier AI agent installation, tuned Prism emulation, and unified memory improvements. Tom Warren found Hermes setup mostly took two clicks, while OpenClaw required reinstallation and large local models responded more slowly than cloud models. Copilot Plus PC features, including Recall, are unavailable at launch, with initial Windows Insider availability expected later this year.
