Artificial Analysis ranked Krea 3 Ultra fifth on its AA-Image-Editing v2.1 leaderboard, assessing its image editing quality as similar to Nano Banana 2.1 and MAI-Image-2.6. Krea added Ultra, the model’s highest thinking mode, on October 20. The underlying Krea 3 image editing model was released on October 15 and is Krea’s first model to appear on the leaderboard.
