What happened
Datacor embedded Amazon Quick Sight in its TrackAbout solution, giving industrial gas and welding distributors interactive dashboards and natural-language search so business users can query rental data without filing IT tickets. TrackAbout customers manage more than 725,000 invoices and 27.5 million assets each month. The new solution refreshes SPICE datasets on a schedule through a cross-cloud data pipeline and supports analyses of fleet utilization, billing anomalies, and revenue recovery.
