What happened
Trillium Labs is hiring for several roles, with near-term starts preferred, to build an open scientific ecosystem for LLMs. The roles include full-time post-training researchers, engineers experienced with open-source libraries such as megatron, MILES, sglang, and Tinker, mission-aligned generalists, nonprofit operations staff, and student researchers. Nathan Lambert says he is also interviewing for MATS and asks applicants to reply, email or DM him, and submit the form on the company website.
