NVIDIA's State of AI in Telecommunications report found that 89% of respondents consider open models and software important to their company's AI strategy. NVIDIA released Nemotron 3 Large Telco Model (LTM), a 30-billion-parameter model fine-tuned by AdaptKey on open telecom datasets, and published the full fine-tuning workflow.
