What happened
Simon Willison added online four-player mode to Battledrones with a new map called “Compass Rose”; previous maps were limited to two players. Claude Opus 4.5 modified the WebSocket multiplayer network code to support up to four players on the map, joining through share links or QR codes. Any open player slots use AI, and the new purple and green robot designs appear in the updated model browser.
