Mistral AI and All Hands AI have released Devstral, an agentic LLM for software-engineering tasks, open-sourced under Apache 2.0.
Why it matters: Devstral achieved 46.8% on SWE-Bench Verified, beating the previous open-source state of the art by more than six points, and includes a local deployment path for a single RTX 4090.
