The story so far

Google has made Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash available in Runway, where users can create and edit videos up to 15 seconds, refine scenes, and upscale them to 4K. Google’s model rollout also covers the Gemini API and Gemini for business; in the Gemini app, all Google AI subscribers are receiving the model, while only Google AI Ultra subscribers can create and edit clips up to 15 seconds. The 15-second limit is up from 10 seconds in Omni 1.1. Google says 720p video costs $0.07 per second, 30% less than Omni 1.1. Google also offers 15-second clips at no additional cost in Google Vids to users with a Google account or Google Workspace subscription.
