Hailiang Education Services is using its eShengya service platform, built on the OpenSpan career-planning model, to offer families AI-assisted guidance on subject choices, interests and further education. The platform creates student profiles and growth records, and its basic planning service is free. Hailiang says an internal evaluation of version r43 across 89 conversations found an overall usability rate of 92.1%, using a score of 2 as the usability threshold.
